There is the turning of the seasons.
Summer’s warmth fading gently
into the brisk chill of autumn mornings
which then gives way to winter’s icy grip.

There is the growth of floral beauty.
A tiny seed gives self to be a seedling,
in turn forms a sturdy stem to carry
and flourish with a crowning flower.

All about is nature’s grand display
of mountain heights, oceans depths,
enthralling moonscapes, mornings’ dawning.
Each and all portray the planet’s grandeur.

But it is in the turning within
that we find that connection with Universe,
and know our connection with Nature,
with God in all its forms.

Lovely images, Gus. By now, the crocus, narcissus, and delightfully fragrant daphne are all around, illustrating your words!
